After nearly 22 years, David O’Flynn retired from SMSI in September 2024. He joined the company in 2003 as Vice President, driving the firm’s growth since. In 2019, he was named SMSI’s President, then CEO in 2023. Most recently, David assumed the role of Executive Director with our BCP acquisition back in April 2024. The SMSI team would like to thank David for his countless years of diverse experience and expertise to our company and the DOE/NNSA industry.
